- Securities Regulation: Served for over a decade in regulatory oversight and client facing capacities with the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) in Chicago and Washington DC. This tenure involved direct engagement with a range of financial institutions including boutique firms and global market participants.
- Ministerial and Executive Counsel: Acted as in-house counsel for a major government law enforcement agency. Provided counsel to ministerial and executive leadership regarding statutory obligations, risk mitigation, and civil litigation defense.
- Operational Forensics and Evidence Management: Dedicated nearly twenty years to investigative roles within Australian law enforcement. This experience involved field operations, technical fact-finding, and the management of evidentiary standards.
