President
Gary is based in the Washington DC area and his unique perspective is the foundation of Greystone's strategic services we offer to our partners.
His powerful blend of expertise is forged over three decades and began as a criminal investigator in Australian law enforcement.
Later, Gary transitioned to in-house counsel for a major Australian government law enforcement agency where he provided high-level strategic advice to ministerial and executive-level stakeholders on risk mitigation and civil litigation strategies.
In the United States, he served for over a decade in various client-facing positions with the Financial Regulatory Authority in Chicago and Washington DC where he worked with boutique financial entities to international financial leaders.
This unmatched combination of professional experience gives Greystone the means to develop a holistic understanding of our clients' most complex challenges.
Stacy Finch
Director of Organizational Effectiveness
Based in Vancouver, Canada, Stacy serves an international clientele across Canada, the USA, and the European Union.
She applies proprietary organizational psychology methodology to transform complex structural challenges into evidence-based systems for institutional growth. Her work focuses on the synthesis of organizational health and human performance, providing leadership with actionable insights into workflows, communication, and culture.
Stacy provides hands-on support for policy development, ensuring that internal documentation and performance expectations align with modern ethical and compliance standards. She offers targeted advisory services on supervision and delegation, equipping managers to handle complex workloads.
